Among the vast sun-kissed vineyards of western sicily, a symphony of flavors emerges, dancing between the notes of two extraordinary grape varieties: lucido and insolia. Lucido contributes with its clear brightness to an aromatic profile dominated by mature fruity notes. Insolia, rooted in mineral-rich soils, brings a solid structure and aromatic richness with floral and citrus hints. The final result is a blend of freshness and complexity, with an aromatic bouquet ranging from ripe fruits to delicate floral nuances.

Intense straw-yellow, tending towards golden. The aroma is ethereal, distinctive, with notes of raisins and honey. The taste is warm, velvety, and delicately sweet. Early harvest with manual grape selection for drying, followed by natural drying on straw mats and pressing for juice extraction. Fermentation and aging occur in typical 150-liter Chianti barrels.
