Very versatile wine, excellent with appetizers, main courses and medium-aged cheeses. Store horizontally, and uncork at least one hour before serving. Best enjoyed at 18° C.

Early harvest with manual grape selection for drying, followed by natural drying on straw mats and pressing for juice extraction. Fermentation and aging occur in typical 150-liter Chianti barrels.
