Barbera d’Alba DOC (volume 14,5)
Deep ruby red, with purplish highlights somewhat lightened by oak ageing. On the nose, the oak is well integrated with notes of dried plum and bottled cherries. Alcoholic warmth in the mouth, which shows toasty oak, ripe berry and fruit preserves. The fine acidity classic to Barbera fuels lenghty, mineral-edged finish. This wine is the result of a skillful blend of Nero d'Avola and Syrah, two varieties that contribute their complexity and unique characteristics. Originating from the Sicilian lands, characterized by a favorable Mediterranean climate and mineral- rich soils, the wine carries a distinctive territorial signature. This blend represents an interpretation of the grape characteristics, resulting in a wine with a distinct personality and intriguing complexity.
COLOUR: Deep ruby, with violet reflections.
BOUQUET: A refined blend of Nero d'Avola and Syrah that offers a complex aromatic profile, with notes of ripe black fruits, black pepper, and an undertone of aromatic herbs.
TASTE: On the palate, the structure is balanced, with the softness of Nero d'Avola harmonizing with the elegance and structure of Syrah. The combination of fruity and spicy notes provides depth and pleasant complexity.
Pinot Bianco Cora doc (volume 13,5%) VEGAN
Straw yellow in colour with green nuances, a fresh bouquet reminiscent of apple and pear; crisp and zesty on the palate, round, with masses of finesse. Cellaring potential: 2-3 years. A youthful wine, delicious with hors d'oeuvres, lightly-flavoured starters, pasta, risotto, white meats, vegetarian dishes and fish. Perfect as an aperitif.
Serve lightly chilled: 10-12° C.
Terlaner Lagrein (volume 13,5%)
Color: dark garnet red
Smell: The wine has an intensive aroma comprised of dried cranberries and morello cherry highlighted with a floral note of lilac and hints of laurel. Notes of a restrained chocolate aroma are also present.
Taste: Very juicy and harmonious, with a delicate texture and silky tannins, the Lagrein develops a rare opulence and is rich and velvety on the palate.
VITESE ROSÈ DOC (vol. 12%) BIO VEGAN
A delicate and fine rosé, 100% Nerello Mascalese, coming from one of the main distinct red grape varieties of Sicily, that provided wonderful, assorted nuances.
