Intense straw-yellow, tending towards golden. The aroma is ethereal, distinctive, with notes of raisins and honey. The taste is warm, velvety, and delicately sweet. Early harvest with manual grape selection for drying, followed by natural drying on straw mats and pressing for juice extraction. Fermentation and aging occur in typical 150-liter Chianti barrels. Maturation involves refining in barrels on the fermentation lees, known as the "mother." Alcohol content: 15% Vol. Service temperature: 16/18°C.
