LUMARI LUCIDO INSOLIA
Among the vast sun-kissed vineyards of western sicily, a symphony of flavors emerges, dancing between the notes of two extraordinary grape varieties: lucido and insolia. Lucido contributes with its clear brightness to an aromatic profile dominated by mature fruity notes. Insolia, rooted in mineral-rich soils, brings a solid structure and aromatic richness with floral and citrus hints. The final result is a blend of freshness and complexity, with an aromatic bouquet ranging from ripe fruits to delicate floral nuances.
COLOUR: Bright straw yellow.
BOUQUET: The floral aromas from Insolia integrate with the citrusy notes
from Lucido, creating a complex and harmonious bouquet.
TASTE: The blend presents a balance between the floral sweetness of Insolia and the acidic freshness of Lucido. The mineral character of Insolia enriches the taste structure, while Lucido contributes to a pleasant salinity.
