Straw yellow in colour with green nuances, a fresh bouquet reminiscent of apple and pear; crisp and zesty on the palate, round, with masses of finesse. Cellaring potential: 2-3 years. A youthful wine, delicious with hors d'oeuvres, lightly-flavoured starters, pasta, risotto, white meats, vegetarian dishes and fish. Perfect as an aperitif.

Vin Santo DOC (volume 15%) unfiltered VEGAN
Intense straw-yellow, tending towards golden. The aroma is ethereal, distinctive, with notes of raisins and honey. The taste is warm, velvety, and delicately sweet. Early harvest with manual grape selection for drying, followed by natural drying on straw mats and pressing for juice extraction. Fermentation and aging occur in typical 150-liter Chianti barrels. Maturation involves refining in barrels on the fermentation lees, known as the "mother." Alcohol content: 15% Vol. Service temperature: 16/18°C. Perfectly paired with Prato Cantuccini, dry pastries, and spoon desserts.
