Deep ruby red, with purplish highlights somewhat lightened by oak ageing. On the nose, the oak is well integrated with notes of dried plum and bottled cherries. Alcoholic warmth in the mouth, which shows toasty oak, ripe berry and fruit preserves. The fine acidity classic to Barbera fuels lenghty, mineral-edged finish. Pinot Bianco Cora doc (volume 13,5%) VEGAN
Straw yellow in colour with green nuances, a fresh bouquet reminiscent of apple and pear; crisp and zesty on the palate, round, with masses of finesse. Cellaring potential: 2-3 years. A youthful wine, delicious with hors d'oeuvres, lightly-flavoured starters, pasta, risotto, white meats, vegetarian dishes and fish. Perfect as an aperitif.
Serve lightly chilled: 10-12° C.
Pinot Nero doc (volume 13,5%) VEGAN
Brilliant medium ruby red with a fresh, fruity nose, reminiscent of red currants and black cherry; medium-bodied, round with soft tannins and ripe berry flavours well integrated with the acidity. A stylish and elegant wine. Cellaring potential: 2-4 years. Food Combination: Perfect partner to light starters, roast partridge, rack of hare, Peking duck, and meaty fish.
Serve cool: 16° C.
Vin Santo DOC (volume 15%) unfiltered VEGAN
Intense straw-yellow, tending towards golden. The aroma is ethereal, distinctive, with notes of raisins and honey. The taste is warm, velvety, and delicately sweet. Early harvest with manual grape selection for drying, followed by natural drying on straw mats and pressing for juice extraction. Fermentation and aging occur in typical 150-liter Chianti barrels. Maturation involves refining in barrels on the fermentation lees, known as the "mother." Alcohol content: 15% Vol. Service temperature: 16/18°C.
