Pinot Nero doc (volume 13,5%) VEGAN

Brilliant medium ruby red with a fresh, fruity nose, reminiscent of red currants and black cherry; medium-bodied, round with soft tannins and ripe berry flavours well integrated with the acidity. A stylish and elegant wine. Cellaring potential: 2-4 years. Food Combination: Perfect partner to light starters, roast partridge, rack of hare, Peking duck, and meaty fish. Serve cool: 16° C.

Terlaner Chardonnay (volume 13,5%)

Color: brilliant light straw yellow Smell: The aroma of this Chardonnay releases exotic fruity impressions with nuances of banana, quince, passion fruit, mango and sugar melon plus a hint of lemon balm. Taste: A touch of pear gives the Chardonnay a mouthfeel that is very soft and harmonious combined with sweetish exotic fruit components. Its slightly mineral note makes this wine smooth and adds an intriguing contrast.

Terlaner Cuvée (volume 13,5%)

A composition of Terlano’s three most traditional white varieties, namely Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. This old cuvée is an extremely complex wine.

Terlaner Lagrein (volume 13,5%)

Color: dark garnet red Smell: The wine has an intensive aroma comprised of dried cranberries and morello cherry highlighted with a floral note of lilac and hints of laurel. Notes of a restrained chocolate aroma are also present. Taste: Very juicy and harmonious, with a delicate texture and silky tannins, the Lagrein develops a rare opulence and is rich and velvety on the palate.

Terlaner Santa Maddalena (volume 13%)

Color: Color: deep ruby red Smell: The Santa Maddelena appeals to the nose with clear primary aromas of black elderberry and cherry underpinned by bitter almond and a nuance of violet. Taste: With full fruit flavors on the palate and yet soft and elegant at the same time, this red wine benefits from a balanced acidity and low tannin content to achieve a very agreeable finish.

Vin Santo DOC (volume 15%) unfiltered VEGAN

Intense straw-yellow, tending towards golden. The aroma is ethereal, distinctive, with notes of raisins and honey. The taste is warm, velvety, and delicately sweet. Early harvest with manual grape selection for drying, followed by natural drying on straw mats and pressing for juice extraction. Fermentation and aging occur in typical 150-liter Chianti barrels. Maturation involves refining in barrels on the fermentation lees, known as the "mother." Alcohol content: 15% Vol. Service temperature: 16/18°C. Perfectly paired with Prato Cantuccini, dry pastries, and spoon desserts.
