Deep ruby red, ripe red fruit with intense scents of spices, herbs and dried flowers, with profound notes of cacao, truffle, hazelnut, etc. Palate Structured, warm, with a long length for being so highly full-bodied. Elegant and delicate tannins. Evolution25-30 year. Serving temperature 17°-18°C.

Barbera d’Alba DOC (volume 14,5)

Deep ruby red, with purplish highlights somewhat lightened by oak ageing. On the nose, the oak is well integrated with notes of dried plum and bottled cherries. Alcoholic warmth in the mouth, which shows toasty oak, ripe berry and fruit preserves. The fine acidity classic to Barbera fuels lenghty, mineral-edged finish. Very versatile wine, excellent with appetizers, main courses and medium-aged cheeses. Store horizontally, and uncork at least one hour before serving. Best enjoyed at 18° C.

Barolo del Comune di La Morra DOCG (volume 15%)

Intense, still-bright garnet-red in colous. Fruit aromas underscored by a lively acidity integrated with notes of tar, tanned leather, and graphite evolving with the passing of time. Complex in mouth, with polished tannins, fresh fruit and firm structure in perfect balance. Longlingering finish. Store horizontally, and uncork at least one hour before serving. Best enjoyed at 18° C. Excellent with roasts and wild game, dishes with truffle and aged cheeses

Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG (vol. 13,5%)

A seasoned local red with great tradition and just as much character. Typical fragrance of the wines from Vittoria: Aromas of red berries, cherries, prickly pear, ginger and fruit sweets. Taste: extremely complex, fresh, lively and yet balanced.

Chianti Riserva DOCG (volume 13%) VEGAN

Ruby red with garnet reflections, the bouquet offers violet, vanilla, and toasted wood. The palate experiences harmonious dryness with a pleasing tannic touch. The finish is pristine, leaving a lingering and persistent aftertaste. cellar-stored at 16-18°C, with a service temperature of 18/20°C. Ideal pairings include red meats, grilled fillet, Florentine steak, game stew, roast, braised dishes, and aged cheeses.

Etna Rosso DOC (vol. 13%)

Vulkà Etna Rosso, blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, is an authentic expression of the terroir of Etna, characterized by a unique combination of elegance and drinkability. The volcanic origin and the altitude of the vineyards give this wine a remarkable minerality and a great character. A rich aromatic profile with floral hints and notes of red berries and spices, great minerality and smooth taste.

FRAPPATO IGT (vol. 12,5%)

Bright garnet red. Intense aroma of red berries and plums, with a hint of violets. In the drink fresh red berry fruit, plum again and some cherry and pomegranate. A fresh red with a lot of drinkability and with its fine acidity and mineral notes makes an excellent food companion.

GRECO DI TUFO D.O.C.G. 2024

It is appreciated for its excellent acidity, softness, and savory character. Excellent when paired with shellfish, grilled fish, poultry, cold dishes, and also as an aperitif.

Insolia IGT Light unfiltered (vol. 12,5%)

A bright yellow, with golden reflections. The aroma is characterised by floral notes, summer fruits and honey. Rich and fresh on the palate with a full round finish - very drinkable!
