This wine is the result of a skillful blend of Nero d'Avola and Syrah, two varieties that contribute their complexity and unique characteristics. Originating from the Sicilian lands, characterized by a favorable Mediterranean climate and mineral- rich soils, the wine carries a distinctive territorial signature. This blend represents an interpretation of the grape characteristics, resulting in a wine with a distinct personality and intriguing complexity.
COLOUR: Deep ruby, with violet reflections.
BOUQUET: A refined blend of Nero d'Avola and Syrah that offers a complex aromatic profile, with notes of ripe black fruits, black pepper, and an undertone of aromatic herbs.
TASTE: On the palate, the structure is balanced, with the softness of Nero d'Avola harmonizing with the elegance and structure of Syrah. The combination of fruity and spicy notes provides depth and pleasant complexity.

Vin Santo DOC (volume 15%) unfiltered VEGAN
Intense straw-yellow, tending towards golden. The aroma is ethereal, distinctive, with notes of raisins and honey. The taste is warm, velvety, and delicately sweet. Early harvest with manual grape selection for drying, followed by natural drying on straw mats and pressing for juice extraction. Fermentation and aging occur in typical 150-liter Chianti barrels. Maturation involves refining in barrels on the fermentation lees, known as the "mother." Alcohol content: 15% Vol. Service temperature: 16/18°C. Perfectly paired with Prato Cantuccini, dry pastries, and spoon desserts.
