Lavi Spumante di Nerello Mascalese
Warm, soft, and captivating red from Sicily, made from a grape variety gaining strong recognition across the island. Delicate yet expressive, with an elegant bouquet of floral and red berry aromas and a light, refined body. Hand-harvested grapes in small 15 kg crates preserve purity and freshness. A gentle 8–10 day maceration in stainless steel brings out vibrant color and aromatic depth. Harmonious and graceful on the palate, with a long, nuanced finish that reflects its varietal character and leaves a lingering impression.

Barbera d’Alba DOC (volume 14,5)
Deep ruby red, with purplish highlights somewhat lightened by oak ageing. On the nose, the oak is well integrated with notes of dried plum and bottled cherries. Alcoholic warmth in the mouth, which shows toasty oak, ripe berry and fruit preserves. The fine acidity classic to Barbera fuels lenghty, mineral-edged finish. Very versatile wine, excellent with appetizers, main courses and medium-aged cheeses. Store horizontally, and uncork at least one hour before serving. Best enjoyed at 18° C.

Elegant and harmonious, Lucido Principe di Granatey is characterized by a floral bouquet of jasmine and orange-blossom combined with scents of white pulped fruit. An organic wine of legendary elegance and versatility, perfectly suitable to any type of occasion.
Terlaner Lagrein (volume 13,5%)
Color: dark garnet red
Smell: The wine has an intensive aroma comprised of dried cranberries and morello cherry highlighted with a floral note of lilac and hints of laurel. Notes of a restrained chocolate aroma are also present.
Taste: Very juicy and harmonious, with a delicate texture and silky tannins, the Lagrein develops a rare opulence and is rich and velvety on the palate.
Vin Santo DOC (volume 15%) unfiltered VEGAN
Intense straw-yellow, tending towards golden. The aroma is ethereal, distinctive, with notes of raisins and honey. The taste is warm, velvety, and delicately sweet. Early harvest with manual grape selection for drying, followed by natural drying on straw mats and pressing for juice extraction. Fermentation and aging occur in typical 150-liter Chianti barrels. Maturation involves refining in barrels on the fermentation lees, known as the "mother." Alcohol content: 15% Vol. Service temperature: 16/18°C. Perfectly paired with Prato Cantuccini, dry pastries, and spoon desserts.
