Straw-yellow in colour with bright golden reflections, offering an aromatic bouquet of exotic fruit and a soft, well-balanced palate. Fresh and rounded in style, with gentle structure and a smooth finish. Ideal with fish, white meats, grilled vegetables, and soft cheeses, best served lightly chilled to highlight its freshness and finesse.
