Pinot Bianco Cora doc (volume 13,5%) VEGAN

Straw yellow in colour with green nuances, a fresh bouquet reminiscent of apple and pear; crisp and zesty on the palate, round, with masses of finesse. Cellaring potential: 2-3 years. A youthful wine, delicious with hors d'oeuvres, lightly-flavoured starters, pasta, risotto, white meats, vegetarian dishes and fish. Perfect as an aperitif. Serve lightly chilled: 10-12° C.

Pinot Nero doc (volume 13,5%) VEGAN

Brilliant medium ruby red with a fresh, fruity nose, reminiscent of red currants and black cherry; medium-bodied, round with soft tannins and ripe berry flavours well integrated with the acidity. A stylish and elegant wine. Cellaring potential: 2-4 years. Food Combination: Perfect partner to light starters, roast partridge, rack of hare, Peking duck, and meaty fish. Serve cool: 16° C.

Poggio argentato

The distinctive blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, Sémillon and Traminer makes Poggio Argentato a refined, elegant and versatile wine, ideal for summer days yet perfect all year round. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, where the wine then continues its maturation.

Prosecco brut Treviso

Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. It has a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and perfect clarity through a fine, abundant and persistent perlage. The bouquet is honest and elegant. Perfect as an aperitif, it is a wine that can be drunk throughout the meal, especially when paired with pasta, pizza, fish and sushi. Serve at 6-8° C.
